Delivery & Returns


We hope you love your Mahonitas but if for any reason you’re not entirely satisfied with it, you can return with our 30 days return policy.

Items bought on sale and/or discounted cannot be returned.

We accept items that are unworn, unwashed and unaltered purchased directly from

You are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us.

Please email including your order number and the reason of the return and we will share with you the address where to ship the items back to us.

Any items returned are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, there for we suggest you use a tracked delivery method. The return will be accepted only if delivered to our warehouse within 30 days from the day you received your Mahonitas.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Mahonitas does not currently permit exchanges but rather a return and refund. Should you wish to buy the same item again, you will need to place a new order.
